There are several things you should be on the look out for before getting involved in a network marketing company that you are thinking about engaging in.
First look at the leadership, see what their vision is going to take them.
Some leaders have done smarmy things in the past so make sure you do that research on their past history.
That is not to say that none of them learn from their mistakes, but many times they are just in it for the money.
The second thing is look how good their product really is and does it hold up to claims.
A common mistake is engaging or joining a company on hype alone. The product is poor and doesn’t make sense for that market.
The third thing is to watch the balance between recruiting and affiliate sales, you need a health balance of both for a company to be legit.
You will need to ask your upline on their balance between retail and recruiting.
If more retail seems to be present, you are good to go…
If the opposite is true there are more affiliates being recruited compared to products sales, this is a sign that the company might be operating as a pyramid scheme.
What To Look Out For Crypto MLM Companies
The crypto space is in demand right now and loads of network marketing companies are hopping on board.
Unfortunately as of right now there have been few companies in this space that were legit.
Instead of taking a complete write off of this section , I will let you know some tips…
First, the leadership ends up being fake and are hired actors…
This has been the case most every single time I reviewed crypto MLM company.
Second, on offer are some fantastical daily, monthly or annually returns…
For instance, if ANYONE could legally generate 1.0 to 3.0% daily returns, do you think they really need you?
They would ask a handful of investors and crush it in a short time.
You are right its the “too good to be true” category.
Third, every single company in this space will “Exit Scam” or as I like to say pull the rug before you know what’s happening.
What does that mean?
The crypto MLM company intially pays but once recruitment slows to a trickle will pull rug underneath everyone and just plain disappear.
Why? They used fake information and fake leadership, you can’t track these people down.
Your funds are as good as gone. I experienced this with Bit Club and lost thousands
