CityTradeBank specializes in cryptocurrency trading but also operate in Real Estate, Land Property, Banking, International Trading.
The company was incorporated in the UK on January 27th, 2022 under the company name “CITY TRADE GROUP LIMITED“.
Nahid Hassan is the director of the company, but I couldn’t locate any information on the leadership anywhere. Hmmm
The domain “CityTradeBank.com” was privately registered on January 1st, 2022.
For a company that claims this:
We comply with all applicable national and international laws, regulations and conventions in the countries where we do business and adhere to good corporate governance practices. We value transparency in all transactions, compete fairly and only do business with partners who follow the relevant laws and comply with our company’s requirements.
They lack any transparency…
Because they offer securities, they have to be registered with the FCA (UK financial regulator), but there is no registration seems to exist.
Simply having a UK incorporation certificate doesn’t mean you are congruent with national and international laws.

- 2nd Plan – investing $2001 to $100,000 and receiving 5% daily for 90 days
- 3rd Plan – investing $5001 to $100,000 and receiving 7% daily for 90 days
- 4th Plan – investing $100 to $100,000 and receiving 103% after 1 day
- 5th Plan – investing $500 to $100,000 and receiving 125% after 7 days
- 6th Plan – investing $200 to $100,000 and receiving 155% after 15 days

- 8th Plan – investing $10,000 to $100,000 and receiving 220% after 30 days
Payments that are accepted for deposits are PM, BNB, Litecoin, Dash, and Bitcoin.

CityTradeBank pays their affiliate commissions through a unilevel compensation plan that pays three tiers in total.
Affiliates earn a percentage of the invested funds down their downline.

First we have no idea who runs or owns the company which goes against their so called “transparency” they are claiming.
Second, even though they have a UK incorporation, they also need to be registered with the FCA to offer guaranteed returns.
Once you start guaranteeing returns, it’s considered securities.
Now they claim they have crypto trading happening, but I couldn’t find any proof of it…
What I did find proof of is new investments paying off existing members which makes this company a ponzi scheme.
With all ponzi schemes, once recruitment slows down an exit scam will trigger and 99.9% of the investors will lose out…
Do not invest in this company, I do NOT recommend it.
